Bruce claims that Elastomer Technologies and The Petra Group guaranteed it was a “no risk” investment with a”put option” and could demand his money back at any time.
Willis says he has gotten $1,100,000 back so far and is still owed $900,000.
Michael Jackson and the Shiek were like brothers from another mother
by Juicy on Nov.21, 2008, under Bizarre, Celebrity Crazy, Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Money, Inside a Celebrity's Head

Michael Jackson hasn’t even stepped in the courtroom in his latest trial and it’s already getting weirder.
Even though the Sheik maintains that the King of Pop reneged on a recording contract and other money-making ventures, testimonies continues to shower Michael in good-natured remarks including claiming that they considered each other “brothers”
Jackson’s former personal assistant backed Jacko’s claim that the sheik’s $7 million bailout was a gift but also revealed that Jackson doesn’t even own a bank account.
No wonder he’s always in financial trouble.
The money was apparently placed in the bank account of Jackson’s nanny, Grace Rwaramba, who also testified that she thought the the sheik was “sweet” for giving Jackson suck hefty gifts.
In addition to the big deposits, the shiek also payed for hotel rooms, Toys “R” us shopping sprees, and more than $300,000 for Jackson to see a “motivational guru”
Michael himself is supposed to take the stand in his own defense on Monday.

The source said: ‘It will be all over by the end of the month. The priority for him has always been the children.
‘Ritchie has not wanted her money. He has done exactly what Billie Piper did when she divorced Chris Evans. She walked away without any of his money, much to her credit. Guy Ritchie has done the same.’
A second source said: ‘Ritchie could have taken her to the cleaners. He is a very honourable man to have walked away.’
That Guy Richie is a swell guy.

by Juicy on Nov.20, 2008, under Bizarre, Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Money, Celebrity Stupid, Inside a Celebrity's Head

50 cent has got beef supreme with Taco Bell. He recently sued the Mexican food chain over it’s promotional stunt offering to give $10K to charity if the rapper changed his name to 79,89, or 99 to help promote Taco Bell’s value menu.
In the taco giant’s offer, Taco Bell promises to donate $10,000 to fifty’s charity of choice is the rapper agrees to the name change but also visits one of Taco Bell’s locations and raps his order at the drive-thru.
“We know that you adopted the name 50 Cent years ago as a metaphor for change,” the letter read. “We at Taco Bell are also huge advocates for change. We encourage you to ‘Think Outside the Bun’ and hope you accept our offer.”
50 cent is suing for $4 million on trademark infringement.
It’s obviously a stunt and Taco Bell never expected Fifty to take them up on the offer. 50 cent wears more than $10,000 on his pinky.
Usher’s mom under police investigation
by Juicy on Nov.19, 2008, under Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Money, Celebrity Stupid, Inside a Celebrity's Head

Ushers mom is under investigation for allegedly scamming a limo driver out of a $1,668 paycheck.
One of the freelance drivers who worked for her transportation company filed a complaint claiming she refused to pay him after his work at the BET awards.
A representative of the company says “”The drivers were hired as independent contractors and are paid 30-45 days net when working on special events of the magnitude of the BET Hip Hop Awards that took place on Oct. 18th. They were hired at the recommendation of an employee who was recently terminated by JCarr and are disgruntled that their services are no longer being used by the company as a result of the unprofessional nature of the fired employee.”
Pretty sure independent contractor means they should be fired for reasons independent of a fired employee.
Jennifer Garner has a satanic stalker
by Juicy on Nov.19, 2008, under Celebrity Crazy, Celebrity Legal, Inside a Celebrity's Head

Jennifer Garner believes a stalker is going to hurt her family. She obtained a court order protecting herself from a Steven Burky, ordering him to stay away and to make no contact with her whatsoever.
Jennifer’s court declaration states “Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country …”, “his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”
Burky has been harassing Jennifer since 2002, showing up at her home to tell her “God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death.” Burky also has written a blog titled Satanic Panic, on which he asks “Are multitudes of adults resorting to human sacrifices and then repressing this information from fear of Christ…”
Garner, who is currently pregent, fears for the lives of herself, husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet, and second child once born.
One of Jennifer’s security says that Burkly describes himself as a “crazed Alias fan”, stalking her around the country and locating her at events to give her roses and once gave her a card that read “I love you forever” signed with his contact information. “Mr. Burky now represents a clear threat to Ms. Garner’s life” he said.
Garner currently has had a temporary restraining order on Burke since earlier this month but is having a hearing tomorrow to make it permanent. LAPD is also taking the threat more seriously and tell us hat Burky is currently under a 5150 psychiatric hold.
Yikes! Sounds like a real winner here.
Martha Stewart sells chair: Man loses finger!
by Juicy on Nov.18, 2008, under Bizarre, Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Money, Inside a Celebrity's Head

Patrick Albanese is claiming that a Martha Stewart Everyday lounge chair crushed and snapped off the tip of his right index finger. If that wasn’t bad enough, the man makes his living as a hand model, magician and actor.
The lawsuit claims that he was moving the lounge chair on a deck in June when the front tubular legs collapsed and crushed his finger between tone of the chair legs and a tubular bar at the base of the chair. It then says that the fingertip fell beneath the deck and had to be retrieved by a relative to be reattached by a surgeon.
What the hell are the legs shaped like, machedes?
ALbanese has severed as the master of ceremonies for Hollywood’s Magic Castle for 15 years and says that the injury has affected his ability to play the banjo in his act and has affected his work as a hand model.
“He’s a very accomplished musician and as part of his work, he does various slight-of-hand tricks,” Cook said.
This reminds me of the episode of Seinfeld where George becomes a hand model starts to wear really thick gloves everywhere and won’t do anything with his hands. This guy probably didn’t see that episode.
Bachelor Babe Busted: Nice mug shot though
by Juicy on Nov.17, 2008, under Celebrity Crazy, Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Stupid, Inside a Celebrity's Head

Wow, that guy on the bachelor really knows how to pick em.
The winner of The Bachelor, Mary Delgado, was arrested Saturday night after getting into a drunken scuffle at a hangout in Del Rio, Tx and then trying to attack the cops when they came to drag her out!
The warden for the Del Rio’s Val Verde Correctional Facility, Mark Scott, said the police were called and she was first arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Then she got slapped with another charge for resisting arrest, screaming at officers, and kicking out the radio when put in the squad car.
If you would believe it, after all that, Byron Velvick, who picked this charming woman to propose to on The Bachelor, posted bail for her a few hours later.
She seems to have a history of violence, Delgado was also arrested in 2007 for punching Velvick in the face while living in Florida!
If this was the best one on the matchmaking reality series, what the hell were the losers like?

by Juicy on Nov.17, 2008, under Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Stupid, Inside a Celebrity's Head

After a “concerned citizen” ratted Heather out for driving erratically last September, she has been in a lengthy investigation by the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s Office.
The former Melrose Place hottie has now been charged with a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of drugs.
“It was prescription medications only…For privacy reasons I cannot say which prescriptions they were,” says Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter.
Locklear was first pulled over after a California Highway Patrol received a phone tip from a woman who happened to be a former Us Weekly reporter.
Man she looks busted in that picture, glad they caught her when they did.
Michael Jackson getting sued again: Jackson doesn’t give a crap
by Juicy on Nov.17, 2008, under Celebrity Legal, Celebrity Money, Celebrity Stupid, Inside a Celebrity's Head

It seems the only thing Michael Jackson does now a days is think of new ways to lose all his stuff.
First he loses the deed to his Neverland Ranch a few weeks ago, and now he’s out to burn some money.
This time Jacko has pissed off Prince Abdulla Al-Khalif of Bahrain, who is suing Jackson for £4.3million, claiming Jacko signed an exclusive deal for an autobiography, two albums and a musical. In exchange, he gave Michael a £180,000 Rolls-Royce and bailed out his Neverland Ranch back in 2005.
They are not expecting Jackson to show up to London’s High Court.
