Even with half of Southern California under wildfires over 250 Twilightfans have been camped out since yesterday in front of L.A.’s Mann Village Theater, the site of tonight’s world premiere of the movie.

Who the hell are these crazies?

Mallory Gelineau and Allison Hart, both 14-year-old high schoolers, suffered through a 14-hour road trip with their moms from their homes in Folsom, Calif. “It was one hectic ride,” Gelineau said. “It was originally only supposed to take us 6 or 7 hours to get here, but we tried avoiding the fires…It was bumper to bumper. It took about three hours to go 30 miles.”

Melanie Atkins, 49, and her daughter, Rose, 15, were the first in line. They arrived yesterday at 7 a.m. (um, that’s about 36 hours before the premiere even begins).  “We slept on the sidewalk in the freezing cold,” Melanie said.

Twilight is turning out to be the tween equivalent of Star Wars for geeks.

But it’s not just all tweeny boppers, there was even a group of seven women from TwilightMoms.com who popped a squat on the pavement. Saying they left their kids with the dads and made the pilgrimage down to the premiere.

Those must be some pissed off kids!

Jamie Foxx really bit into the role of his character in his latest movie The Soloist… by chiseling his teeth! In the movie, which is based on a true story, he plays a homeless American musician who suffers from schizophrenia, Nathaniel Ayers. So being the A-list actor that he is, he takes a chisel to his mouth to mess up his great smile.

Ouch!

“I spent hours getting the nuances of the person, making him real. Something angelic happens and you actually become that person. For Nathaniel, I pushed things a bit. I lost about 20 pounds and I put a gap in my teeth. I had one (of my teeth) chipped out with a chisel. My teeth are just so big and white - a homeless person would never have them. I wanted to break up my big, shining piano keys to give them a little character. Some might think I fucked up my grill for nothing, but I just wanted to come up with some shit to make the part unique.”

I respect Jamie a lot for taking it that far but I mean come on, Hollywood can make John Travolta into a woman, turn Robert Downey Jr. into a black guy, but they can’t fake Jamie Foxx a really bad smile?

Kids between the ages of 10 and 12 take their signings seriously! Things go bloody at San Francisco’s Stonestown Galleria when a crowd of 3000 star crazy tweens got out of control and turned into a mob of midgets as they pushed and screamed to get into the mall.

It’s reported that several kids fell under the crush and we trampled with one girl actually breaking her nose and another one fainting. No arrests were made but the event was canceled.

The movie hasn’t even come out yet and kids are already trying to kill each other over it?

Sylvestor Stallone is looking for more ugly people to form a rag-tag group of mercenaries for his new movie “The Expendables” which will also star Jason Statham and Jet Li.

Stallone says “Whereas the ‘Oceans 11′ films were an ensemble for good looking guys, this is an ensemble for ugly tough guys,”

Can you imagine Sylvester Stallone playing the part of Danny Ocean lol? Should be interesting.

After seeing a superhero costume exibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Beyoncé has her eyes set on playing Wonder Woman on the silver screen.

“I want to do a superhero movie and what would be better than Wonder Woman? It would be great. And it would be a very bold choice. A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It’s time for that, right?”

Beyoncé says she met with the representatives at DC Comic and Warner Bros to discuss the idea but it’s unclear if anyone will be able to deliver a Wonder Woman project anytime soon.
