In Touch has gotten a confirmation fro ma family insider that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is in labor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

“Yes, she is in labor,” confirms a family insider.

Pete Wentz and the rest of the family are excited and waiting to meet their new baby.

It’s about time! Grats you two!

Pete Wents called in on MTV’s TRL finale to debunk the rumors that Ashlee went into labor already.

Rob Corddry, the former correspondent from the Daily Show, welcomed a second child with his wife Sandra. When asked about the baby’s name a while back he said “My 2-year-old is pretty set on the name ‘Freeka,’ but “We may just go with ‘Baby the Entertainer’ in case she grows up to be a black comedian.”

They ended up settling on “Marlo Stevenson Corddry”. How boring Rob but congratulations anyway!

We posted earlier that Britney’s 2 year old son Jayden James had been hospitalized for what doctors thought was a small seizure. It turns out that it was in fact an allergic reaction to something he ate and is now doing fine.

The toddler was rushed to the hospital Sunday after suffering from hives that made him irritable and itchy. He is doing fine now and is expected to be released Tuesday.

We’re glad to hear that he’s ok, go Jayden!

Britney raced her son Jayden James to the emergency ward after he became “vague and unresponsive” which doctors are claiming was a suspected seizure. The incident happened during a family trip in Louisiana at around 3pm.

‘He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialled an ambulance.  But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, and she was best trying to get Jayden to the hospital herself.’

Then two cars sped out of the Spears compound and headed for the SMR Medical Center.

‘Jayden James had to be kept in hospital overnight for observations,’ said the source.  ‘We don’t yet know what’s wrong with him.

‘Britney was insistent that wouldn’t leave him. She asked for a bed to be made up in the same room so she could be there at his side.’

That’s terrible, I hope he’s ok!

Looks like Gavin and Gwen are the secret ingredients to inner peace!

Zuma, who’s only 2 months old, is showing a very Zen-like personality that is inspiring says Gavin Rosedale.

“He’s super mellow, and at the moment very Buddha-like,” Rossdale told PEOPLE at BAFTA/LA’s Brittania Awards, where he performed Thursday night.

Though, Gavin says that Zuma has been a little fussier than his two year old brother Kingston when spending time with mom, Gwen Stefani. 

 ”Apparently Zuma’s more trouble, but I thought that he was perfect all the way.”

Being around such blissed out babies has had a spiritual effect on teh former frontman for Bush.

“What I’ve found from having children is that they just want to make you be better,”

Rossdale is currently in the works of a career comback with his first solo album Wanderlust. Being away from his kids makes him feel bad though he says, saying “Like, I left my son. He was on holiday and I left the older one to come here. So I feel bad leaving them.”

I’m sure having sexy Gwen Stefani around at home makes it harder to leave too!
