O.J. isn’t making man-love to a cellmate yet? jeez

O.J. Simpson and co-defendant Clarence Stewart were denied any possibilities of a new trial on Friday and will continue to face multiple kidnapping and armed robber convictions for the Sept. 13 2007 hotel room confrontation.

Their defence lawyer Brent Bryson asked for a mistrial, claiming that the juror foreman Paul Connelly had been dismissed from a previous job for using racial slurs and that Connelly has also allegedly told reporters that he thought O.J. “should have gotten life in prison” for the murder of Nicole Simpson. But the Judge made it clear that the defense attorneys “were not under any illusions” about Connelly’s beliefs before the trial and denied the motion.
