Don Corneluis charged with assault and spousal abuse

Former Soul Train host, Don Cornelius, has been charge with spousal battery, assault with a deadly weapon and dissuading a witness from filing a police report.
Cornelius, 72, was released on a $50,000 bail and could face up to 5 years in prison.
