Debbie Matenopoulos, who hosts E!’s Daily 10, had no idea her husband was filing for divorce until she found the divorce papers online.

“I am not a proponent of divorce and I believe in working things out,” says Matenopoulos, a two-time Emmy nominee and former co-host of The View. “So you can only imagine my extreme sadness and disillusionment when I was informed of my husband’s divorce proceedings, much like you were, by reading them online.”

Debbie and her husband Jay Faires were married in July 2003 but have been separated since March 2008. Faires filed divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences and requested that the court not award Matenopoulos spousal support.

 How much of a loser do you have to be to not even tell your wife you’re divorcing her? Or maybe the question is how bad was she? Who knows.

And here everyone is giving Joe Jonas crap for breaking up with Taylor Swift over the phone. The dude looks like a freaking saint now! Ha!
