In Touch has gotten a confirmation fro ma family insider that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is in labor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

“Yes, she is in labor,” confirms a family insider.

Pete Wentz and the rest of the family are excited and waiting to meet their new baby.

It’s about time! Grats you two!

Forunately no one received any serious injuries when a van, which is now pictured wedged under the double decker tour bus,  crashed into the tour bus and forced it to do a 360 on the highway and flip onto it’s side.

After Ahmir Questlove” Thompson escaped from the buss, he immediately became to send a post-wreck blog to Okayplayer.com about the crash.

He gives a very detailed and play by play of the moments, before, during and after the crash which you can read here.

Katt William, the comedian know for appearances on MTV’s “Wild ‘n Out” and BET’s “Comic View” was brought to a hospital in Sumter my local family members for a mental health evaluation for a possible mental hospital commitment.

Police say that officers responded to some suspicious behavior by Williams,35, at the Mount Vernon Inn on Friday morning. Williams was trying to check into a room at the motel while wearing only a bathrobe and towel wrapped around his head but the hotel employees called the police at around 8:30 a.m. due to his erratic behavior. Officers left after they determined no criminal activity was being committed.

After the encounter with the police, WIlliams then appeared at the office of attorney Garryl Deas at 9:00 a.m. The actor came to solicit the attorneys help but said he was not hired to represent WIlliams.

Williams told Deas that he felt the police were “attempting to violate his rights” revealed that there were people who thought he was missing because he failed to show up to his engagements. At 9:30 a.m. Deas then told Williams that he had to leave for a court appointment which then Williams said he would wait there for Deas to return.

Deas returned to his office at around 10:30 to find Williams still waiting for him but by this time his behavior had changed.

“His demeanor was a little troubled,” Deas said. He said the actor seemed “disoriented.”

Around that time family and friends of Williams arrived to try to take him to a hospital for mental evaluation but Williams did not want to listen.

“He just said that he doesn’t trust anyone anymore,” Deas said. He said he thought “everyone has turned against him. He wasn’t really coherent.”

Police were then called by the family to escort Williams to the hospital.

Wow, crazy stuff. He’s a funny dude, hope he’s alright.

Former “American Idol” star Carrie Underwood and Diana DeGarmo gave their reaction to ETonline

“Nobody knows what was going on in that person’s life, and nobody knows if there were things outside of her fandom that were causing her to want to end it,” Carrie tells ET, “so it’s really hard to analyze a situation like that and know why somebody did that. The only person that knows is that person. It’s very, very unfortunate.”

Diana, who has a country album coming soon, tells ET, “To hear that something like that has happened makes you very scared as a celebrity of some sort, because we all [like to get all dressed up for events like the CMAs] — it’s all glitz and glamour — but it’s things like that that people don’t normally get to know; it’s also a double side of celebrity stardom. I think that’s just a terrible, terrible tragedy and I feel for the person that was out in front of her home, for her family, and especially for Paula, because she’s a lovely person and I can only imagine what she’s going through.”

Police say that they’ve been aware of Paula Goodspeed stalking and hanging around Paula Abdul’s house for years and that Goodspeed actually started following Paula Abdul at her previous residences.

Back in July, Goodspeed was also found uncounscious in her car, near Abdul’s house, after downing numerous pills.

Somehow a woman died outside Paula Abdul’s house. At first, the woman’s parents reported her missing and told the police that the woman was a “extreme fan” of Paula Abdul and might be outside Paula’s house. Um how creepy is it when your parents know you’re a Paula Abdul stalker.

Police found her dead in her car with Paula Abdul stickers and pictures hanging from the rear view mirror and say it looks like a suicide.

Paula was out taping an episode of “American Idol” when the incident happened so she’s off the hook. Though she’ll probably be on extra “medication” after seeing this.

If you ever wondered what Amy Winehouse looks like without her trademark beehive, here it is! It’s not pretty but here it is!

I’ll say she is looking a little healthier since her got out of rehab. The word is she hasn’t made any attempts to contact her husband Blake who still claims that she didn’t dump him and that they will be together for ever.

Personally Blake, i think you might have to find some “extracuricular activities” inside the center in order to pick up the tab on your $30,000 stay in rehab.

UPDATE: TMZ has video of Amy walking to the pub as she answers questions for the paparazoo. She definitely looks like she’s getting better!

We posted earlier that Britney’s 2 year old son Jayden James had been hospitalized for what doctors thought was a small seizure. It turns out that it was in fact an allergic reaction to something he ate and is now doing fine.

The toddler was rushed to the hospital Sunday after suffering from hives that made him irritable and itchy. He is doing fine now and is expected to be released Tuesday.

We’re glad to hear that he’s ok, go Jayden!

Britney raced her son Jayden James to the emergency ward after he became “vague and unresponsive” which doctors are claiming was a suspected seizure. The incident happened during a family trip in Louisiana at around 3pm.

‘He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialled an ambulance.  But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, and she was best trying to get Jayden to the hospital herself.’

Then two cars sped out of the Spears compound and headed for the SMR Medical Center.

‘Jayden James had to be kept in hospital overnight for observations,’ said the source.  ‘We don’t yet know what’s wrong with him.

‘Britney was insistent that wouldn’t leave him. She asked for a bed to be made up in the same room so she could be there at his side.’

That’s terrible, I hope he’s ok!

R. Kelly’s, 15 year old, nephew was shot in what Calumet City police say was a robbery attempt. The boy’s father, Carey Kelly, says that the boy was shot twice and is currently being treated at Christ Hospital.

The police report that R. Kelly’s nephew was trying to rob a barbershop at 157 and Burnham when the store owner shot the teen twice in the chest.

The teen’s father contests that the teen may have actually been the victim of a robbery, saying that they are always being harassed because they are related to R. Kelly.

I dunno, when the store owner shoots you, you probably did something wrong.

In news that will shock everyone I’m sure, Lisa Rianna admits she has had cosmetic facial surgery and that she recently had too much of the  filler Juvéderm injected into her face. *gasp* She tells an inTouch reporter “I saw a picture of myself and thought, ‘Uh-oh,’ I think I over did it”.

When asked what she plans to do about it, she says she’s going to lay off the injections for a while and let it go down for a couple months, then she’s going back to her original doctor in L.A. who she’s been seeing for years.

I hate to break it to you Lisa but you’ve been the posterchild of the oversized trout-pout for years!
